Weight loss and the path to health and wellness is a very real struggle. Chris battled weight gain for most of his adolescence and early adulthood, becoming morbidly obese by the age of 20. Falling off and on the fitness wagon, Chris joined the only gym in town and embarked upon a life altering adventure. It was here that the training staff quickly recognized Chris’s relentless commitment to fitness resulting in a job offer. This opportunity would mold Chris’s outlook on life and more importantly his life-style.
Chris attended the University of Maine at Presque Isle, where he studied Recreation and became a Certified Personal Trainer. In 2006, left Maine and would spend the next 7 years traveling and training across the nation.
